Abstract

A case study of a patient was delivered at 36 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy via cesarean section, and a case of hypoparathyroidism, sensorineural deafness, and renal dysplasia syndrome with kidney failure and recurrent pancreatitis. Topics include patient's parathyroid hormone and serum calcium levels were low during the neonatal period; and patient had been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia of an unknown origin in the neonatal period, he had been administered ferric pyrophosphate.
