North Star Decision Making.

In the column below, the author examines the neuroscience behind decision-making practices as they relate to library leadership. Through extended knowledge of cognitive function, especially pertaining to memory, library leaders can better equip themselves to make decisions grounded in values, ethics and guiding principles.
