IMMIGRATION LAW: Overview of Temporary Protection for Undocumented Migrants.

The article presents an overview of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which allows for the admission of immigrants, who are admitted to the U.S. permanently, and nonimmigrants, who are admitted for temporary durations and specific purposes. It is noted that temporary protected status is a type of humanitarian relief for statutory embodiment of safe haven for foreign nationals within the U.S. who may not qualify for asylum.
