青贮玉米秸秆径向和轴向剪切特性试验研究.

Abstract
- The experiment studied the shear characteristics of silage corn stalks and provided necessary engineering technical parameters for optimizing the design of the shredding and rubbing device. A three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed, and a universal testing machine was used to conduct radial and axial shear tests on corn stalks, and the shear failure force under different levels of shear position, shear speed and cutter angle was measured. Analyze and determine the significance and optimal combination of each factor. The results showed that the radial shear destructive force of corn stalk was 689.45~778.69 N, R value was 11.54~75.20, and F value was 12.53~518.83, P value was 0.002~0.074. The axial shear destructive force of corn stalk was 213.99~297.27 N, and the R value was 13.49~49.67, F value was 16.70~258.09, P value was 0.004~0.057. Under the above condition, the order of the influence of each factor on the test index was shearing position>cutter angle>shearing speed. The experiment indicates that the best combination was section 5, cutter angle 35°, cutting speed 300 mm/min, the shear breaking force required in axial shear was less than the shear breaking force required in radial shear.
