Abstract
- The article discusses on legislation of several constitutional laws. In order to deal adequately with the two years of decisions which have appeared under the Federal Declaratory Judgments Act, it is necessary briefly to reexamine the constitutional concept of case and controversy developed by the Supreme Court. For purposes of convenience the field of possibly justifiable controversies may be roughly divided into four areas. The first would include those controversies in which rights have District courts, without analyzing the scope of justifiability by area, have also given declaratory judgments where there was no such claim of the availability of injunctive relief as would place the controversy in the second area.
