Abstract

Several case studies are presented describing cases of patients presenting with a range of viral infections or atypical allergic response. It highlights that Molluscum contagiosum is a viral infection leading to raised and painless lesions on the upper layers of the skin; and is caused by the Molluscum contagiosum virus with an average incubation perio of between two to seven week; and mentions that Vernal keratoconjunctivitis was first described by Arlt in 1846.
