Filosofía del Derecho: LOS SILENCIOS DEL DERECHO. ESTUDIOS IUSFILOSÓFICOS Y LITERARIOS DEL DISCURSO JURÍDICO.

Based on the methodological tools provided by the iusphilosophical studies of "law and literature", this article aims to investigate the silences and semantic indeterminacies in legal discourse. The law unfolds from a language that appears stable and hermetic but that nevertheless exposes concepts and spaces characterized by the absence of univocal definitions. An interdisciplinary study around the topic of silence, makes visible other narratives that emerge outside the law, at the same time that they propose their resignification. The theoretical categories offered by the literature allow us to examine the construction and deployment of silences in law. The structural concepts of law, subject, resocialization, sound criticism, res judicata, freedom, order, force or power, will be developed and constituted from the law but exposed and disjointed by the perspective position of literature.
