Abstract

In companies or all factories, "packaging" has an important role, because it corresponds to the last operations around the product before being sent to the customer. Formerly manual, these operations are increasingly transformed to tend towards automation, forcing the packaging trade to transform in the same way. However, projects aiming for evolution of "packaging" practices require the integration of resources and requirements of the work activity of existing operators. The objectives of the ergonomic intervention presented here were to understand them to integrate them into a transformation project in the "packaging" sector. This contribution is part of a thesis for the Master in Ergonomics of the CNAM Normandy. The intervention is here considered as a tool to widen the frontiers of a project focused solely on the integration of "ergonomic constraints" in the design of a new machine. The objective of this article is to highlight the role played by the work group of a packaging service in a technocentric project. The ergonomist's intervention made it possible to design a new packaging sector preserving work collective and collective work. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
