Les objets intermédiaires de conception, appui à la coopération: exemple de l'aide à la conduite hydraulique.

This communication presents an intervention aimed at supporting the project of development of a software in the field of hydraulic power production. We present the major role played by boundary objects of design in cooperation within a multidimensional project involving actors from different worlds and in a context with high strategic challenges for the company. Through the example of the design and uses of an action logic diagram, we show how the artefacts were a mediator of the action and made it possible to unify the representations of a process between operators of hydraulic control and more generally between members of the same designers group. The use of boundary objects during co-design sessions permitted to bring together participants without erasing the specificities and challenges related to each profession. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
