Abstract

A single patient, diagnosed at 7SA + 2 days, was treated by aspiration and concomitant injection of MTX in situ. the therapeutic choice combining aspiration and intramuscular MTX was made in patients with a mean gestational age of 7SA3jr. Methods Data from 19 patients with diagnosis of Caesarean scar pregnancy, between 2015 and 2020, at department of Gynecology and Obstetrics A of Charles Nicolle Hospital, were retrospectively collected. The objective of our study was to show the importance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and monitoring of pregnancy implanted on Caesarean scar and list therapeutic methods in the management of this pathology.
