Le travail collectif transverse: formes, enjeux et dispositifs d'intervention pour le soutenir.

This communication relies on two different intervention researches conducted in the same high reliability organization of the nuclear industry. These two researches are both enabling ergonomic interventions and care about transversal collaborative work that is performed by actors with different trades or different functions. In these researches, the transversal collaborative work implies specificities and different forms. In order to foster its development, two different devices were experimented: a reflexive training device and transversal organising work device. The results of these experimentations bring to light these devices foster the development of collaborative skills. However, the durability of these devices can be limited, it questions subsidiarity.
