Abstract
- By using a mixed-ligand approach, a new Cu(II)-based coordination polymer (CP) with the chemical formula of {[Cu2(ptd)2(IPA)2]·2H2O}n (1, ptd = 4′-(4-pyridine)4,2′:2′,4′′-terpyridine, H2IPA = isophthalic acid) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopic, elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. Furthermore, the anticancer activity of the compound on the CHO cancer cell was determined, the CCK-8 assay was performed to explore the inhibitory activity of the compound on the cell viability. the IC50 values were calculated at the same time. The suppression of the compound on the cancer cell migration and invasion ability was also determined with trans-well assay. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
