- The article describes the case of a patient diagnosed with vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X-linked, antiinflammatory, somatic (VEXAS) syndrome. Topics covered include the medical history of the patient, the patient's favorable response to intravenous immunoglobulin and anti-IL17 therapy, and clinical implications of the case.
