Abstract

Aiming at the traditional design methods, there were some prominent problems, such as low design efficiency, long product development cycle and high work intensity of engineering designers, with the study of the design characteristics of turbine blade fixture, a Top-Down design method based on rule and case hybrid reasoning was proposed. Firstly, the serialized and parameterized parts of the blade fixture were established, the assembly constraints and parameter associations of each part were carried out, and the fixture instance library was constructed. Based on the top-down design idea and the fixture instance coding system, a similarity calculation method for the weighted average of the primary factors was proposed, and similar fixture instances were retrieved and reused. Finally, according to the needs of blades, strength and stiffness, etc., limited manual intervention was carried out on the clamps, and the new clamps that meet the functional requirements of U103 clamps were driven from the top down to generate. The results show that the Top-Down design of turbine blade fixture based on hybrid reasoning significantly improves the design efficiency, simplifies the complexity of the work.
