With the rapid development of computer network technology, new types of attacks are emerging, and the traditional static passive defense means are difficult to effectively respond. End hopping is a dynamic network defense technology that can actively defend against network attacks and protect important network nodes. This technology draws on the idea of frequency hopping communication technology, by pseudo-randomly changing the terminal information of the two parties or one party, hiding important nodes, increasing the difficulty and cost of the attacker' s attack, interfering or even breaking the attacker' s attack, and realizing active network defense. Firstly, it surveyed the current status of research on end hopping technologies, classified them by hopping items and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages. Then, it provided a comprehensive overview of the uses, advantages and disadvantages of the existing core difficult technologies. Finally, it discussed the possible future directions of development.
