Abstract
- The article focuses on the library and its staffers who are helping the newly released or the newly relocated find their footing and get acclimated to unfamiliar surrounding. Topics discussed include Promotion of Fresh Start began with basic components such as fliers, brochures, and word of mouth; and Long Branch (N.J.) Free Public Library (LBFPL) began Fresh Start in 2009, and grew out of LBFPL's virtual Back to Work initiative after staffers realized many job seekers.
