Abstract

The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) has accepted six new therapies - four via the SMC's Patient and Clinician Engagement (PACE) process - for routine use on NHS Scotland. The two other accepted treatments were guselkumab [Tremfya] for psoriatic arthritis and inclisiran [Leqvio] to lowering cholesterol levels in patients at high cardiovascular risk in whom standard drug therapy was unsuccessful.
