Abstract

Acceleration detection is an important technical means in the fields of seismic monitoring, structural health monitoring, and resource exploration. Aiming at the problem of low sensitivity of fiber optic acceleration sensor, a low-frequency dual fiber grating acceleration sensor based on flexible hinge structure is proposed. Theoretical analysis of its sensitivity and resonant frequency is carried out. MATLAB software is used to analyze and optimize structural parameters such as hinge thickness, hinge radius, mass size, etc., and ANSYS software is used to carry out structural static stress and modal simulation, and a test system is constructed to carry out the physical performance of the sensor. Performance test experiment. The results show that the resonant frequency of the sensor is 117 Hz, and it has a flat sensitivity response in the low frequency range of 5 to 90 Hz. The sensitivity is about 278 pm/g. The drift of the fiber center wavelength has a good linear correlation with the acceleration. The degree of interference is less than 5%.
