Abstract

The article focuses on BNT162b2-Elicited Neutralization against New SARS-CoV-2 Spike Variants. Topics include the variants that were first detected in California (B.1.429 lineage) and New York (B.1.526 lineage) are causing concern in the U.S., and the messenger RNA vaccine that expresses the prefusion stabilized full spike glycoprotein (S) of SARS-CoV-2 isolate Wuhan-Hu-1 is 95% effective against Covid-19.
