分层培养模式在风湿免疫科住院医师规范化 培训中的探索与实践.

Abstract
- Objective To explore the implementation effect of the new teaching model of standardized training of resident physicians in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology. Methods By clarifying the teaching objectives and requirements of different levels,we combined a variety of advanced teaching methods and evaluation systems to implement stratified training for 68 residents,and evaluate the effect of stratified training through examinations and questionnaires. Results The test scores of senior residents were higher than those of lower-level residents,and the score of the exit exam was higher than the score of the entrance exam (P all <0.001). Residents’ satisfaction with the stratified-grading teaching model reached 100%,and their satisfaction with the improvement of their clinical and scientific research capabilities was also above 90%. Conclusion The stratified-grading teaching model has improved the clinical competence and comprehensive quality of the residents,which is worthy of further promotion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
