Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to articulate the reflection arising from the context of the research work, around a series of questions about the meanings of teacher training in the University setting. We are in the process of conducting a CIUNSA project linked to the specialization in the University Teaching program at the National University of Salta. We believe that this degree course reflects a trend in postgraduate training that has been gaining strength in recent years in most universities in the country. The training of professionals from different areas who choose teaching as a complementary an develop it in the University environment, presents the complexity of establishing an articulation between two different logics: that of the disciplinary fields of each profession with that of the teaching field. We will analyze aspects of the specialization in teaching delivered at our university, which aims to recover teaching practices as the axis of reflection and production of knowledge, and attempts to express that reflection through the Final Projects of the degree career.
