Abstract

• 39,848 cancer patients were registered between Feb-May 2020 in 66 ROD in Spain. • For COVID-19, incidence was 0.8%. Mortality was 22%. 64,3% required hospitalization. • Compared to the general population, higher severity and mortality of COVID-19 was observed. • Patient and treatment selection is crucial.
