Abstract
- The article looks at the work of African American law professor Benjamin G. Davis in fast-track international commercial arbitration. Topics discussed include the role of diversity, inclusion and equality at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in the creation and replicability of the fast-track international commercial arbitration, elements of a viable fast-track procedure according to Davis, and the possible role of diversity in the development of the procedure.
