Abstract
- The article discusses the possible diagnosis of a 9-year-old girl with recurrent urinary tract infection (rUTI) and urinary stone disease who was presented to a clinic due to complaints of pollakiuria and nocturnia. The potential diagnosis is familial hypomagnesemia with hypercalciuria and nephrocalcinonis. Also mentioned are the definitive laboratory tests to be conducted like blood gas analysis, blood and urine chemistry, and urine amino acid profile.
