饥饿与重摄食对野生日本医蛭肠道菌群结构的影响.

Abstract
- The intestinal microbial communities and abundance of Hirudo nipponia after starvation and refeed ing studied with high-throughput sequencing technology. The results showed that 562 384 effective sequences were obtained from 9 samples which could be clustered to 769 operational taxonomic units (OTUS). The number of OTUS in the starvation group, 7 days after refeeding group and 21 days after refeeding group was 444, 664 and 440, respectively, among which 289 OTUs were shared. The intestinal microbial diversity index of Hirudo nipponia increased after 7 days of refeeding, but decreased after 21 days. The intestinal tract of Hirudo nipponia had three dominant phylums, which were Bacteroidetes, Proteobacteria and Fimicutes. After refeeding, the relative abun dance of Bacteroidetes decreased at first and then increased, while the variation trend of relative abundance of Pro teobacteria and Firmicides were opposite. After 7 days of refeeding, there were 8 strains with significantly increased relative abundance, all of which belonged to Proteobacteria. Among them, Aeromonas and Yokenella had greater a bundance. These results suggested that there was a close connection between ingesting blood and bacterial diversity index and species composition in the Hirudo nipponia intestine. This study laid a foundation for further research on mechanism by Hirudo nipponia digested blood in the intestinal and development of compound feed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
