B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event In a retrospective study of 141 patients with glioblastoma (GBM) treated at a hospital in the USA between January 2012 and December 2017, 111 patients were described who developed leukopenia or thrombocytopenia during treatment with temozolomide for the GBM [ I time to reactions onset and outcomes not stated i ].
