Abstract

The article presents a cross-sectional study on the cultural and structural features of zero-burnout primary care practices in the U.S. In the study, the practices of small-to-medium-size primary care clinics taking part in the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality's EvidenceNOW program were analyzed. Other topics include the potential strategies to prevent burnout like promoting leadership development and fostering practice agency.
