Abstract

The article focuses on South Africa is predicated upon policies are effective or ineffective is not primarily an issue and realities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution have proven to be shaping strategic policies various spheres of national life. Topics include the strategic recommendations of the South African Presidential Panel of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the revolution is very nature a violent process, and the revolutions are an existential struggle between protagonists of history.
