- B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 19-year-old woman developed recurrent, isolated indirect hyperbilirubinaemia and experienced unmasking of Gilbert syndrome during treatment with cytarabine for acute myeloid leukaemia [ I dosage and route not stated i ].
