The article offers information on increasing concept of mirror and window books among educators in the U.S. It mentions that race, culture, and ethnicity of the elementary school students in the U.S. It discusses about how teachers prepare students to make these connections by teaching awareness of mirror books and window books, students can begin to view books differently.
