TEORİDEN PRATİĞE VAKF VE İBTİDÂ.

Foundation and ibtida have an undeniable place in the recitation of the Quran. Considering that not every person who reads the Quran will know Arabic and have a grasp of the subtleties of this language, the importance of waqf and ıbtida will be understood better. As a matter of fact, due to the importance of this science, many authors dwelled on this issue with sensitivity and wrote individual works on this subject. In these copyrighted works, they have determined some foundation names or foundation signs/charts where it is necessary to focus. Considering that these foundation names and charts were created by many authors, it would not be expected to be uniform. Because there were some differences due to the fact that the authors took into account sometimes literal, sometimes meaning, sometimes both literal and meaning in determining the type of foundation and locality. In addition to these, the environment in which the authors were raised, scientific knowledge, special attitude, etc. factors also have an effect on this procedure. In order to see the size of these effects in this context In this study, the works of five famous authors who lived in three different centuries, mostly using the same concepts, are included. These authors and their works are respectively: Ibnu'l-Anbâri's Izâhu'l-Waqf ve'l-Ibtidâ, Nehhas's Kitâbu'l-Kat' ve'l-I'tnâf I, Ibn Evs al-Mukrî's al-Waqf wa'l-Ibtidâ, Dânî's al-Muqtafa and finally Usmûnî's Menâr. In addition to the general analysis of these works, the concept map of the wakf was created and the meanings that the authors attributed to the concepts were discussed with examples. It has been investigated whether these authors, who mostly use the same concepts and define wakfs based on word-meaning as a system, wrote the wakfs in the Quran same. While doing this, to better understand the approaches of the authors, the verses that are generally accepted in the subjects of nahiv, qiraah and i'rab were chosen and the wakf preferences of the authors were discussed through these verses.
