Superficial siderosis due to multiple cavernomas: an uncommon cause of early‐onset dementia.

The article presents a case of a 34-year-old businessman who was rushed to a clinic due to left-sided focal seizures with secondary generalisation and stiffness of his lower limbs without walking difficulties to discuss an unusual cause of early-onset dementia. Other topics include superficial siderosis (SS) as a rare cause of cortico-subcortical dementia, and the recurrent bleeding of multiple cavernomas as the cause of SS.
