Abstract

[ Objective) The objective of the paper is to provide the scientific basis for rational exploitation and protection of Bletilla striata Se enriched resources. [Method] The total Se content in soil for B. striata growth with different habitat and different cultivation years and Se content in B. striata harvested at different stages and different part of plants are determined, and the dynamie characteristics of Se in B. stri ata tuber with harvesting time was discussed, then the enrichment characteristics of B. striata tuher was analyzed to discuss the correlation of Se between growing soil and plant of B. striata. ( Result] The Se content in soil for wild B. striata growth was higher than that in soil for artificial cultivation of B. striata, and Se content in soil for wild B. striata was three times higher than that in soil for artificial cultivation. The Se content in soil cultivated B. striata with different planting years was three years two years > one year, while the Se content in B. striata tuber with different planting vears was one year the years > two years. The Se content in B. striata leaves was higher than that in Gibbs root and tuber. The Se content B. striata tuber did not vary significantly with harvesting time. The Se content in fibrous root and leaves of B. striata decreased first and then increased with harvesting time. Conclusion) The Se content in B. striata leaves is positively re lated to Se content in soil significantly, while Se content in B. striata fibrous root is negatively related to Se content in soil significantly [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
