Inclusion in National Repository Helps Move ONS Guidelines™ Evidence to Practice.

The article reports on the inclusion by the ECRI Guidelines Trust as of April 2021 of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Guidelines for cancer treatment-related symptoms and adverse events to its repository. The inclusion allows the guidelines to be accessed by a broader group of practitioners to enable them to improve care and patient outcomes, as well as some clinical care strategies by nurses like integrating documentation into electronic health record systems.
