Abstract
- The objective of the study was to analyze the informational work process of Student Assistance in monitoring the student, in order to identify possible points for improvement, promoting an information flow of work more coherent with the functions developed by those involved. The motivating element of this work was the verification that the activities were presented in a disharmonious and disconnected manner in the execution of the actions recommended by the Student Assistance Policy Regulation. It is an applied research composed of a first analysis consisting of: mapping, modeling and description of the process, through the BPMN and description of the structure of the activities based on the SIPOC, then the application of the adapted ISO / TR 26122. With this methodological contribution, the needs for changes in the activities of the Student Monitoring Process were identified; with the application of the Root Cause Analysis - Tree Diagram, there was a need to create legal support, through institutional regulations, for the regulation of the process and to promote adjustments in the Integrated Academic Activities Management System (SIGAA). The results point to the implantation and execution of improvements in the process and in the system, being necessary to develop future studies to validate the results promoted.
