Um estudo sobre os Refugiados Sírios na cidade de São Paulo e Florianópolis: trajetórias laborais e precarização do trabalho.

This article aims to present the theme of the presence of Syrian refugees in Brazil since 2011, the year in which the war in Syria broke out. The main objectives of this article were: 1) to identify the work trajectories of Syrian refugees, verifying their strategies for job insertion and their main reception networks; 2) to identify cases of discrimination and prejudice in their work paths. In this investigation, we apply narratives as a methodological tool on work trajectories. The main results obtained through the narratives are related to the precarious conditions of the work and life of refugees. Cases of discrimination and prejudice have also been found in the work paths of Syrian refugees. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
