Abstract

This experiment was conducted in a field of clay soil to study the effect interaction between of spermine and amino fertilizer and water stress on the antioxidants of wheat plant Triticum aestivum L, the experience included water holding (3, 7 and 14) day that gave the symbols (D1, D2, D3) respectively, and (0, 2, 4 and 8) ml. L-1 amino fertilizer with or without spermine (1) mM., the vegetative leaf was harvested to study some biochemical characteristics, including the content of chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll, Carotenods, Proline, Tocopherol and Ascorbic acid. showed the results when foliar spray of amino fertilizer had a positive effect on plant growth as the concentration of (8) ml.L-1of amino fertilizer had a significant effect in an increase the content of chlorophyll a, b, total chlorophyll, Carotenods, Proline, Tocopherol, except Ascorbic acid which value decreased significantly, The study also showed that foliar spermine with a concentration of (1) mM has an effect similar to the effect of reduce the effect of water stress on wheat plant.
