Court Bars Closing a Ramp From Highway at 72nd St.

Reports that the New York Supreme Court barred New York City from permanently closing the 72nd Street exit ramp off the West Side Highway until officials have conducted further studies of its potential impact on the traffic. Approval of the closing by the city's Department of Transportation in January 2005 to accommodate the Trump Place project along the Hudson River on the Upper West Side.
