基于“肾主骨生髓”理论探讨脊髓损伤继发骨质疏松 的病机及临床治疗.

Osteoporosis ( OP) is one of the complications of spinal cord injury (SCI), which may seriously affect quality of life of the patients and cause heavy burden to their families. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research, this paper expounds the internal relationship between kidney dominating bone and producing marrow and SCI-induced osteoporosis ( SIO), discusses the clinical application of reinforcing kidney and beneficial marrow in the treatment of SCI-induced osteoporosis, so as to explore a scientific and reasonable prevention and control plan by traditional Chinese medicine. The unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of SCI-induced osteoporosis should be applied. New ideas and method in both theoretical innovation of kidney dominating bone and producing marrow and effective prevention and treatment of SIO with traditional Chinese medicine are provided.
