B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 1-day-old male neonate developed neonatal abstinence syndrome following the withdrawal of doxylamine/pyridoxine. The neonate was delivered by spontaneous vaginal delivery at 41 weeks of gestation. The neonate was administered with 2 liters/min of oxygen administration via nasal cannula.
