Abstract

The article discusses the results of a study on social changes that prevailed in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Topics mentioned include the impact of the disruptions of circadian rhythm on mood disorders, the need to create a digital self-management intervention to improve circadian system, major life events that are linked with mood disorder, and the role of social zeitgeber hypothesis and social rhythm therapies on the management of mood disorders.
