Objective: Reflect on the dilemmas and perspectives of health human resources in the context of the pandemic according to the theoretical and conceptual framework of interprofessional education. Method: Theoretical study, using critical-reflexive analysis, based on the principles of interprofessional education. Results: The current and future healthcare workforce will be challenged with providing services in the face of increasingly complex demands. As such, there is a need for interprofessional training and collaboration as a promising robust strategy that could play an important in providing effective quality healthcare.
