Abstract

The self-balanced static load test will cause cracks in the pile, in order to ensure that the engineering piles can continue to use normally after the test, the cracks generated at the location of the loadcell should be reinforced by grouting. Combining the relevant specification requirements and engineering experience, the grouting device of the load cell was designed.The key technical points such as the number of grouting pipes, embedding requirements, cement slurry materials, cement slurry preparation, and grouting procedures were given. The calculation of engineering case shows that the bearing capacity of the soil at the side of the pile at the loadcell is increased after grouting, the bearing capacity of the whole pile is increased by more than19%, the compressive strength of the pile body is increased by more than 1.2 times, and the shear strength is significantly improved compared to the conventional pile body after grouting, so that the engineering pile can be used normally.
