Abstract

This crude extract was subsequently reextracted using solvents of I n i -hexane-EtOAc and then EtOAc to yield an I n i -hexane-EtOAc extract (72.1 g) and an EtOAc extract (125.8 g). The I n i -hexane-EtOAc extract was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (CC) using a gradient of I n i -hexane-EtOAc (stepwise 80:20-0:10) and of EtOAc-MeOH (stepwise 10:0-0:10) to give five fractions (Frs. Subfraction HA2.2 (328 mg) was applied to a silica gel column eluted with I n i -hexane-CHCl SB 3 sb -EtOAc-acetone (24:8:2:1) to obtain B 1 b (2.0 mg), B 2 b (25.0 mg), B 3 b (32 mg), B 4 b (26 mg), and B 7 b (2.8 mg).
