In the vegetation periods of 2019-2020, they were collected from Antalya province (Akseki district Sarıhacılar Yamaç location) in two different vegetation periods (pre-flowering and flowering period). By using solid phase micro extraction technique (SPME), 53 different volatile components were determined in Satureja cuneifolia. P-Cymene (8.93% -14.07%), γ-Terpinene (23.37% -15.96%). %), Thymol (10.22% -15.92%) and Carvacrol (10.98% -14.45%) were identified as the main components by gas chromatography mass spectroscopy (GC-MS). The results showed that volatile compunds mostly consist of monoterpene hydrocarbons classes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
