The article offers the Italian translation of a text by Saint Ephrem, known in literature under the Latin title Misericordia divina tractatus primus et secundus. This work takes the form of dialogues between Ephrem and one of his disciples. It develops the theme of mercy, around which other themes also revolve. God's mercy is presented as a dynamic reality on which human beings can have an influence.
