Abstract

Granuloma annulare (GA) is an entity of unknown origin classified among granulomatous skin diseases. GA diagnosis was made and treatment with cyclosporine 200 mg per day was started with only partial improvement after 10 months. TNF is known to participate in the formation and maintenance of granulomas, especially in its transmembrane form.1 Therefore, it seems logical to speculate that drugs that inhibit TNF- could prevent GA progression.
