水足迹视角下中部 5 省主要粮食作物用水分析.

Abstract

Based on water footprint theory, this paper calculated the water footprint of three food crops (wheat, soybean and corn) in Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces of China from 2006 to 2015 by using relevant meteorological and agricultural data. According to the situation of water resources and the water footprint in each province, the planting structure of main grain crops in the central five provinces was adjusted in order to improve the utilization efficiency of water resources. The results show that a)in terms of time series, the water footprints of soybean, wheat and corn show no significant change trend; b) from the perspective of water type, proportion of blue water footprint of soybean is the largest (21.60%), while wheat and corn account for 8.76% and 16.33% respectively; c) according to the results of comprehensive water footprint, the water resources efficiency of grain crops is in order of Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces from high to low; d) as the aspect of spatial distribution characteristics, the spatial distribution difference of water footprint of soybean is the largest in the five provinces; Henan Province has the largest water footprint of soybean(4.09 m ³ / kg), while Hunan province is only 2.11 m ³/kg.
