分形结构银微粒导电纸的制备及其性能研究.

Abstract

Flexible conductive materials are getting more and more attention in the field of information media. The conductive filler with high conductivity and stable chemical properties is an important part in the preparation of cellulose based flexible conductive paper. In this study, firstly, the fractal silver particles with three-dimensional morphology were prepared by liquid phase reduction method, and by adjusting the reaction rate and reactant ratio, the fractal silver particles with three kinds of morphology were prepared. It was mixed with cotton cellulose solution and vacuumized to obtain conductive paper. Results showed that the secondary structure of the fractal structure of silver particles has good electrical conductivity. At the same time,it has good flexibility and stability, which can be use d in flexible circuit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
