La migración internacional y el desarrollo de habilidades: una exploración en México.

This research explores the achievement of personal skills and productive capabilities abroad, as well as the relationship they have with the capabilities that the actors have before migrating. Interviews were conducted with migrants and the evidence confirms that they all acquired work knowledge, a lesser extent they learned the English language, had schooling and personal improvements. They have these skills in different quality, but confirm that the previous skills served as basic support. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
